What is Technical Support?
Technical support includes answers and questions regarding setup, configuration, deployment, error messages, and product usage issues. It does not include training on how to use Spirit Sale eCommerce.
Response Times
Our support team will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Commitment
Resolution time can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the issue. The Spirit Sale support team is committed to making every possible effort to resolve technical support incidents. However, it is not always possible to guarantee a solution for every problem.
Training
Spirit Sale offers a FREE comprehensive onboarding course to all customers. The course is online and self-paced, so you can learn as your schedule allows. It includes everything you need to launch your Spirit Sale store. We also provide a hands-on training package for $399.
